Review: Works as described. (Tested on PS4) - Easy to use and it works perfectly for PS4. I have a Sony Wh-1000xm5 and it paired very fast. I use it every day and i just have to turn on the headphones to connect them, as there can be multiple bluetooth connections. BE AWARE!! To connect to PS4 you should turn off the "Automatically switch output device" option and plug the mic afterwards (or simply take it out and put it back in the controller). Also select the bluetooth device in the output option. This works. If you do not need the mic then you can simply leave the options intact. Some people on PS4 have complained about the mic quality not being perfect, hearing some background noise or the controller itself, but they say it is not annoying at all. I would recommend this.

## Features

- [Hassle-Free Set Up]: Get wireless Bluetooth audio streaming in no time with the C81. Simply plug it into your device’s USB-C port, set your headphones or speakers to pairing mode, and an automatic connection will be made. No driver or software installation is needed!
- [Wide Compatibility]: The C81 adapter is designed to work with a wide range of devices, and makes it simple for previously unsupported devices to now have Bluetooth capability. Easily transmit audio wirelessly from your USB-C ported PS5, Switch, or PC/Laptop to your Bluetooth headphones or speaker. In addition, a converter cable is included to enable devices with just a USB-A port to have the same functionality.
- [High-Quality Audio]: The C81 supports seamless, wireless voice chat via an included microphone to plug into your controller. In addition to chatting during the game, you can also listen to background music simultaneously, and do both in stereo sound. No limits to audio quality here.
- [Eliminate Audio Delays]: Having your audio out-of-sync with your game or video is really frustrating. You can eliminate the issue with the C81, which is aptX Low Latency certified. Lag is reduced to less than 40ms, 5x shorter than standard Bluetooth and virtually unnoticeable. Now you can enjoy gaming or watching a movie with real-time audio synchronization.
- [Extended Range]: The Avantree C81 uses Bluetooth v5.0, ensuring stable & reliable connectivity up to 100 ft (30 m) away. Need to step away from your screen? No problem. Walk around without the audio connection breaking up or dropping. Actual range may be affected by any physical obstructions.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good adapter for a PC, works well.
*by V***S on 28 September 2024*

I wanted to use a BT headset, and ear buds at another time, on my desktop PC. This adapter allowed me to do that. Please see the photos I have uploaded. Lots of information, guides and QR codes. Linked videos informing you how to connect it, quick start guides and warranty extension. All great and wonderful. Immediately I plugged this into my desktop PC Windows 11 recognised it. Drivers installed without issue and it was shown within Device Manager. I then pressed the button on the top for a few seconds and it then paired fine with my BT ear buds, the yare BT 5.3. It also later paired fine, separately, to my Version 5.1 BT Headset. All the control functions worked as expected. No noticed latency, no stuttering, no issues. It just worked. The microphone has also worked fine for my PC gaming needs. Again no noted issues on the testing so far. If that changes I'll amend the review. Of course being a guy, yes it seems to be a guy thing, I then thought about reading the manual, well a little. It seems everything is working as expected, kinda knew that but I needed to do something whilst drinking a cup of tea. Considering everything has worked so well I still felt the need to reduce the overall review by one star, it is a little expensive. If you are ok with the price you will be very pleased with the product if you get the same results as me. Very much recommended. I hope this review has helped.
