Excellent Clock

Major design flaw in this model, didn’t expect from Braun
Useless I paid more hoping that it is Braun so quality will be good but clock is tough to read. Bought it two months back and key issue is that the back light is soft so you see all the numbers all the time so it is tough to read the time. So if it is 11 am then you also see the back numbers so it reads like noon or 4 pm. See the photo below and guess the time. Cant find any return option also. It is design defect. Didnt expect from Braun

Don't buy
Very dim display, no way to increase brightness, small in size, time cannot be seen unless you touch the clock (which then activates the backlit display for few seconds). Not even returnable. To summarise - Don't buy

Seller needs a course in customer satisfaction
This is fairly good product but the seller lacks any semblance of customer satisfaction ...I had inadvertently purchased the product only to find it did not fulfill my requirement fully with its mediocre lighting feature. The seller was not ready to replace the item with an upgraded model even though I was ready to pay the difference. An absolutely short sighted selling approach that will take them nowhere The seller

Very nice, functionnal, alarm clock
Very nice alarm clock. Sleek design. We like how the display is non intrusive, if you simply brush the top of the clock it will then illuminate itself. Hopefully it will last as long as our previous Braun alarm clock. - For size comparison, with a 1990s Braun flip-cover.
