American made quality
Thick, well fit, and feel great walking around in the house in just socks. An American based company that even manufactures in America.

Another pair of great socks from Fox River
Very warm, comfortable, high quality socks. I have several pairs from Fox River, some over 15 years old, and all are still in excellent condition. Canโt beat these for the price. They make a great gift.

Great hiking socks
I have used these socks a few times and really like them. I also like the medium weight even the I live in Florida. I have a some light weight Fox River socks but I like the way the thinner sock fill my boot and adds additional cushioning. They still work fine and my feet are dry at the end of a hike even when they rest of my clothes are drenched in seat. Definitely worth the money.

Comfortable, but size down
Very comfortable sock, and I will see how it does with longevity. But my main issue was that while I wear a size 9 shoe, the recommended size L for the sock was much too large. I re-ordered the same sock but in M, which is supposed to cover through shoe size 8.5, and it fits great. So, if you are at the border of the range, as I was, I would go with the smaller size. Runs big.

Great, comfortable socks.
These socks are the greatest. I have a nerve problem in one foot and these are the only socks that cushion it sufficiently. Fit and comfort are great. The only slightly negative comment is that they do tend to wear more easily than I would like, but them I wear them constantly. The best thing about them is the thickness is uniform throughout the entire foot of the sock. That is very difficult to find these days and it is the quality that allows them to fully cushion my whole foot.

Good Thick Socks
I have Fox River socks which have thick toe areas. These are thick all over, I would say around 75% of the thickness of my Wooly Boolie's. These FR's are warm and comfy. My feet are happy!

Great drysuit socks even though they run a little big
I've been looking around for good socks to use in my drysuit for diving. After trying the Fox River Ragg Wool socks, which were a little too bulky in the boot, I tried these next and they're awesome. I loved them on the first try and ordered another 2 pairs. They do seem to run a little big (my foot is 12.5-13 and I got the x-large), so I'm experimenting with a medium pair which seems to fit fine except for being tight around the calves. Overall recommended. I might order some more for the winter.

The best boot socks I have ever worn
These are seriously the best boot socks I have ever worn. I have been in LE for 15 years, and do some off duty work. So needless to say I'm on my feet for hours. These socks are thick and cushioning but without getting hot. Considering I usually wear high price WigWan's, these are so good I will never go back.

I consider myself a connaisseur of merino wool socks and these socks are great. The comfort and durability are outstanding. Worth every penny.

Maybe a knock off.
They don't seem as durable as the ones I got from a local bricks and mortar.

The Best Socks
These are the best socks you can buy. Comfortable, the never stink after multiple wears and they last forever; I was gifted a pair in 2006 and I'm still wearing them after numerous Rocky Mountain hikes. I wear them hiking and as my every day casual sock. MEC stopped stocking them so I've had to look elsewhere. They're actually cheaper on here than they used to be at MEC and I got them delivered in 2 days. Can't beat it!
