I tried all kinds of other beet juice products and they tasted like a**. This stuff isn't the best tasting thing on the planet but hey its beet juice. I will say it has a sweet taste to it. I drink straight from bottle. I do not add water or anything. I take it like medicine and then chase it down with a 16 ounce glass of pomegranate juice. I have noticed a drop slightly in blood pressure. I can not say for sure that this is what is doing it. It could also be that I have begun to eat a ton of Kale as well which is also good for blood pressure. This can't hurt though. It has a lot of potassium and that is always good. Right??
