Review: They're light and easy to install but I have a lot of experience at it so it went well for me - Springs installed easily also put new bushings in them energy bushings are the best I haven't really got to check the level yet because I'm building all chassis parts but at this point Springs are very nice Review: Happy customer - I am really happy with the performance of the old man emu leaf spring. The travel is empressive. I have a 1985 samurai runing 35" and with the new leaf spring i now have a total of 8" lift from stock. Love them and recomend them.

In complete order.
Only 1 of 4 spring arrived. The price may be great but not if it can't be used.

What a difference
If you have a Samurai, you can bet the springs are shot. I was amazed that these not only give a little extra lift, but they ride fairly smooth. Shipping leaves much to be desired though, as all the plastic guides on the springs were destroyed in shipping by tossing these in a big box with no individual wrapping. They work well with the stock length KYB shocks I used also.

Replace your old, worn out suspension
Big improvement over the old, worn, stock springs. Give my Suzuki about 2 inches of lift. The only thing that I had to do besides bolting them on was enlarge the hole in the spring mount/shock mount. I used a step down drill bit. Go ahead and replace the leaf spring bushings and shocks/steering stabilizer too. My Samurai rides and handles so much better now.
