Just make sure you take enough for the amount of gassy foods your meal contains. I suggest 2 tablets for EACH SERVING of gassy food (i.e. 1 cup of chopped cauliflower = 1 serving, 1/2 cup of beans = 1 serving. If you eat 1 cup of cauliflower and 1 cup of beans = 2 servings of beans, I suggest taking 5-6 tablets) This formula works for me every time. I rarely take less than 3 tablets. Having said that, this new tablet formula has 100 GALU more than the previous capsules, so you can probably take a little less.
