These were smaller than I expected, not good for my very long hair.

Super cute clips with great hold. Wore one to control my hair at the beach and the springs rusted. I did not go underwater or get my hair wet at anytime, so that was disappointing. Other than that it’s quality, thick hard plastic. Holds my hair when it’s blown straight or when it’s left curly. I have very thick hair and it has no trouble controlling it. Lightweight feel but I do have to adjust my car head rest when it’s on so that I don’t bump it if I’m driving.

I thought they looked rather cheap, shiny plastic. But they are cheap so you get what you pay for here! I have since gone to a matte finish style hair clip that I prefer over this one. These are long and made for thicker, longer hair than I have (thin and shoulder length).

Wow, pleasantly surprised by this Goody hair claw. It's huge! Perfect for us girls with long thick/curly hair! I'm guessing it's around 5 inches?! It seems to be very durable, the spring is super tight(had to use two hands to open it the first few times lol) which makes for a great hold in your hair. It has little grips on the inside of the claws as well. All around great product! Very happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend for those looking for XL size, heavy duty hair claws. Shipped and received quite quickly. Ordered Friday received Saturday.

Goody’s SlideProof Classics Medium Claw Clips are described as Medium size. Package is labeled Medium. They appear to be Medium Length in the picture. The length is listed as 7 inches long, 3.5 inches width. Yet the product only measures 2 5/16 inches long. Very disappointed with the misinformation for a product from the Goody brand, a reliable brand I have used since childhood for most of my hair styling needs. The single star reflects the inaccuracies of information of the claw clips. I never opened the package so I cannot address the quality of the clips.

I think this is the lightest and most functional clip in the world, and the only one that holds my thin hair securely. I've been using this for about 15 years. Please don't discontinue it!

Literally couldn't find good quality basic claw clips anywhere. I use these to hold up half my hair, they're not big enough to hold all of my hair. A little bit smaller than I thought they'd be but they're strong and decently well made. If you're looking for basic claw clips, these are the ones for you.
