I have used this for years but now the blade is dull.** A: Just type 110 blade, there should be plenty **Q: Can someone explain why there is a pictogram of scissors on both sides of the tool near the blade? I don't get it.** A: The scissors pictographs indicates the cutting blade. Look for the chisel side of the blade, that is the side that cuts the wire when punching in the wire to the 110 slot. There should only be one cutting side.. if both blades are chiseled, then return it.. **Q: just purchased this and its not cutting the wire. its punching fown but the wire is left half cut. what am i doing wrong?** A: If the wire is sitting properly down, then you aren't doing anything wrong. The cutting edge on this tool is very poor, again it's not the best tool out there. With that being said you can flip the cutting edge around so that the flat side is sitting flush with the keystone or punch block and then slowly use it to cut the wite more flush. You can also grab a craft razor blade and that will cut the wires right off. Good luck! **Q: Will this work with leviton quikport cat6 and cat5e jacks?** A: Yes it will work with most 110 style punch downs.
