what's the difference between this model and the backmaxx plus?

No really sure but I can tell you that this is well worth the money. I had shoulder surgery and had to remain with my head and shoulders elevated as well as my feet. This particular wedge system allowed me to sleep easier as it is wider than most and getting out of the bed without help was a big plus. The wedges are firm but give enough for a very good nights sleep. I actually used mine for months after surgery as it was so comfortable. I would recommend this model over any.

How do you keep this clean? By hand?

I cover it with a sheet so it doesn’t require cleaning.

Whats the difference between the style plus and standard?

The only difference between the two models is the Plus is 8 inches wider. All other features and measurements remain the same.

Has anyone found on this site or another website where I can purchase sheets or covers for this wedge bed set?

I had my mom see a cover with twin sheets. The version I bought was the original set with cover. On the older version it had a zipper then snaps to hook together. If you are on the floor the snaps would come undone, and the zipper left an uncomfortable space where you were resting spins on floor. Once I had cover made it helped keep snaps together. You could make a no sew with fleece and Velcro. Or go to dry cleaners that does alterations and have them make a twin sheet ‘pillowcase’. Washable and you can fold the pieces for storage that way. I never got back max in the case once it was out.
