Great little lamps and are very very bright. Excellent quality and even come with Duracell batteries. Unfortunately one lamp had a problem with the hanging hook, which I wouldn't really have botheredd with considering the price, However, There is a warranty card in the box that states " Disappointed ? we'll make it right" I sent an email with a photo of the hook asking if they could send me another hook or baseplate. I had an email from Jessica which said we have put two complete new lamps in the post and please keep the original two ! How good is that ? The lamps are great and the customer service is even better. Im a very impressed and happy customer.
