This looks good, and we appreciated the smaller box for eco reasons, but the promised puzzled Diagram, said to be included, was not!

The very small box was very tight and difficult to open as the edges were glued together internally. When it did ‘suddenly’ come a part the pieces inside went everywhere, as they were not in a bag!!! I have never before had 1000 jigsaw pieces not not a bag of some sort. I just hope when I attempt it I managed to find all the pieces!!! There should be a warning to open carefully!

Likes: The print quality and art work was great! I also enjoyed that some of the puzzle pieces were cut in a unique shape. In general I found that incorrect pieces would not fit snugly, so this little check helped to avoid reworking at a later stage. Dislikes: The puzzle pieces were stored loosely in the box directly, and the sides of the box are glued shut to prevent pieces falling out. A plastic or paper bag to contain the puzzle pieces would have been a much safer option. I was lucky that I didn't have any missing pieces, unlike some of the earlier reviewers.

This puzzle is entertaining and suitable for the occasional puzzler. I began with the names of the states, pulling out all the pieces with letters and assembling them. Once that was in place, it was less of a challenge to assemble the rest of the puzzle. The pieces are good quality with little dust left on the table. The pieces are not unique and can be fitted in the wrong spot if you're not careful. It's a fun puzzle. I recommend Buffalo Games for quality and price.

Love Buffalo Puzzles. Their boxes are small but come with a poster inside that is large to work with. The smaller box means less storage need and hides how many I have from my partner and the poster is easier that holding up the box lid.
