Do not have a complaint w/these lentils, excellent taste and flavour. Bolied for 20 minutes on medium heat. Goes well w/grains.You can Google cooking instructions, fills your stomach. <(:)>>>>€

These split red lentils cook up great in the instant pot or soaked for a few hours to make lentil pancakes as a base for pizza crust, sandwiches and can be used from sweet to savory. Great value and quality. Thank you!
