I got this bottle a couple of weeks ago so it might be too early to tell, BUT, I think they're very good. I started with one, 1mg capsule for about 4 days - felt nothing so I upped it up to two capsules for about three days. Might have had a better attitude with the two capsules - didn't cuss nearly as much on the tennis court when I screwed up. But for the past 3 days I've been taking 3 capsules. I can definitely tell there is a positive difference. For one, they took the edge off my regular 6 month dental cleaning that I had this morning. I actually didn't find the experience totally horrible. And today, for the acid test, my daughter came from college for a visit bearing a brand new tattoo. I really hated that she got it, BUT, I didn't explode on her. I've actually had a decent day despite these two normally very stressful events. I really think these have helped me to behave better. I will definitely be ordering more.
