I felt like I needed a score card to keep up with “who’s who” as the chapters churned along. It also seemed ridiculous that just about every former lover of Georgia Young thought she was the “sexy black diva who got away.”The dialogue between Stan the White Guy (another lover who could not get over her since college days) and Georgia was dull and not believable. The fist bumps between them and “very cool” comments were childish and just plain silly.From a woman who has previously kept us captivated with salty, witty and entertaining characters, this effort fell very short of the mark of excellence she has achieved with her previous novels. ### ⭐ Like Dr. Georgia Young *by T***L on Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2016* Like Dr. Georgia Young, I found myself on a mission. She was trying to find herself and I was trying to find a way to connect with the characters and the plotline. This one was too slow and boring.I like that she makes her characters feel real, but the story just wasn't enough to keep me reading.
