Review: I've been playing video games for a very long time and it's important to me to be able to keep playing. It's the main thing that helps distract me from pain and illness. I have systemic lupus and a genetic type of arthritis that's destroying my joints. The most recent joint to go is my right shoulder that needs to be replaced. It was getting extremely painful trying to use my system and play games. It was getting near impossible to sit and play for any length of time. This has completely changed that and I can play without pain. Occasionally there still might be a tiny bit of pain if it's a bad day but no where near the amount it was before. I've lost the ability to do a lot of things I once enjoyed and was afraid playing video games was next on the list. Thanks to this device, it's no longer a concern. Thank you to whoever came up with the idea and design, it's restored my ability to do something I love.

**Q: Is this meant to only be used with a mouse? It looks like it onky comes with 1, so does this mean it isn't for use while  typing**
A: For me personally it is meant to be used only for a mouse because it does elevate your arm at different levels, and it will be uncomfortable to type with it. I do leave my hand for quick typing in the arm rest and just move it to the the position needed since it has the flexibility to be move and I am able to type, but it only comes with one and it’s not meant for both hands at the same time.

**Q: Is the price just for one or does it come in a pair?**
A: It is just one. It is very well made and adjusts up and down.

**Q: Is there an option for a mount that screws directly into a desk rather than clamps?**
A: I don’t thinkso

**Q: where is this manufactured?**
A: I believe the company is in Korea, but where exactly was manufactured  it didn't say.
