Work perfectly for a low power LED light string to automatically turn on/off via proximity on door.
Work perfectly. I used them in my under the stairs closet. I installed some LED light strings on the ceiling in the closet and installed this switch on the wall, wiring it through a MOSFET power relay. When you open the closet door the lights automatically turn on, and they turn off when you close the door. It seems like the lights are always on because as soon as you open the door its illuminated, but of course that's not the case.I didn't need 10 or 15, so this was the only listing I found that had only a couple for a good price. The magnetic sensors already being wired made installation a breeze.
