Been great for me, but use up quickly
I had never tried ashwganda before this purchase, but these have been great. For me, it helps health wise in all the ways that it is recommended. The only negative is that it’s a lot of capsules to take per dose (3) so you use them quickly. Also found a few burst capsules, but the benefits way this out. Found this helpful with endometriosis cramps/symptoms

Early days yet but can already feel a difference in so far as less pain in hip - hopeful that this combination will take down the inflammation and make walking easier again.

I'd been on the lookout for more ashwagandha as my old supply was almost out, and then Nutravita came along with this that also contains a bunch of other good stuff (i love turmeric for it's abundance of health benefits anyway, as well as the flavour- and adaptagens are great, i've been taking this for a few days now and i feel calmer, more alert, focused and ready for anything! great product, as usual!
