If I want to sent letter in France (180 - 220 g) is it possible with these stamps ? And how many sramps for one letter with this weight ?

Due to the weight this is classed as a large letter size. Therefore to send to France without any dignities just standard is £4.80 this will mean if you use 5 1st class stamps and one 5p will get to £4.80 or 6 1st class stamps to get the value.
