I don’t suggest buying this. Quality could be bit more improved. All the fasteners supplied snapped off while fixing into skirt board. The stopper itself is ok. Not sure the exact dimensions. But I guess it stands out approx 50mm

How do I fix it to the wall?

The spring arm/part unscrews from the baseplate, which has a hole in the centre to screw to the skirting board. Screw the spring back into the base and the job is done.

What length are these? It only lists package dimensions.

Once fitted to the skirting board mine are 75mm in length.

I had to cut mine down to fit, but from memory they are about 70-75mm long and about 25mm wide at the base.
