This was my Elle Kennedy book & though I'm not a very big fan of it but I enjoyed listening to it.❤️The narration is wonderful & the plot made me want to know what happens next until the end.Evan & Gen to me seemed to be Soulmates from the very beginning & as Evan said it himself- "It was a little messed up but it was our language, I was hers & she was mine."It was beautiful seeing them get back together for good.I am looking forward to try more work of the author in future.

⛱️Evan and Gen have been a couple since their teens, living a hair raising life in a small beachside town. Evan and his twin Cooper were raised by his uncle and Gen’s the only girl in a family of boys.🍹A year ago Gen left town without telling Evan. She’s back after the death of her emotionally distant mom, but she’s dedicated to changing her bad girl reputation. She’s stopped drinking, partying and her wild ways.🔨Evan is desperate to get back together but is struggling to convince Gen why she should take him back.📚This story felt very different from book one, Good Girl Complex, despite the male characters being identical twins and living in the same house. We met Evan in book one, and hear about his relationship with Gen, and it’s wonderful to get to know this couple better. There are unexpected layers to this story, and many ways how we see them growing and maturing. Accepting what type of adults they want to be known as, and just as many examples of adults who haven’t followed this growth path. I loved it ❤️Read on KindleMy rating 4/5 - ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This series is growing on me. If the first book left you lukewarm you need to give this one a chance.Evan is like a puppy dog, messes up often but oh so willing to learn and their physical connection is off the chart. If like me you are a sucker for a good second chance romance, this is cute, lots of interesting side characters too like Riley.
