I'm happy to report they function perfectly. I've made two road trips and yes, my left leg rests on the side of the pocket, but it's not uncomfortable. And the pockets come in handy, for sure. Way better than the OEM mesh pockets, which I left on. I'm very satisfied with the pockets. They are a nice, practical add-on to the Bronco. They were easy to install and look like an OEM option.
