Great salt content ( Sodium and Potassium), B vitamins and magnesium at a good price There's nothing else to ask for. I use these salt tablets during >2hr runs and >3hr rides or whenever cramp starts teasing. I think they work well and will always buy this brand. The only complaint (insignificant) is that with the filller, when the capsule is opened and mixed in a drink, the contents doesn't dissolve thoroughly.

These things are a game changer for ongoing massive cramps and legs and thighs. I have sent these to other people family members as well.

I got these for long runs, but in order for me to get the right amount of sodium, I need to take like 4-8 of these pills. The number of pills wouldn't be a problem if the amount of B-Vitamins weren’t so high. These gave me GI problems and bad gas later into the day. I ended up buying capsules from another popular brand instead that has lower levels of B-vitamins.
