The picture with the 250 bags package shows that this tea is decaf. However, the item description doesn't say so. Which one is it?

Amazon offers three different brown bag versions of Republic Mango Ceylon, 250 decaf for $49, 250 regular for $46, and bag of loose tea. I purchased the regular ($46) and received same. I did not want decaf.
