Hisense HDE3211BBUK 60cm Electric Cooker with Ceramic Hob-Black , A Rated Double Oven

This is a great oven! I bought two, another for a friend, we got £40 each off the price. I’ll say that it is quiet! Both ovens work as should and so does the grill, the hobs also work as they should and I’ve been happily cooking away since I got the cooker and installed it ( easy to do if you are a tradie ) myself and a length of the right electrical cable. It does look great in my kitchen, I just need to adjust the feet at the right height and level. Cooking times are as they should be, easy to clean as stated. Overall I’m very impressed despite my reservations with some reviews. You cannot beat the price for what we both got this cooker for too and with a two year warranty as well. Delivery was swift, smooth and super polite. If you are looking for a good cooker, this is it.

Really lovely cooker. Everything as described. Very easy to get used to. I am very impressed with how controllable the hob is - haven't used the oven yet. Only slight disappointment is that there isn't a grill pan - just the baking tray with a wire shelf (luckily we saved our grill pan from our previous cooker).

Purchased at the end of December 2025. After installation, the control pad was difficult to use, and random alarms kept going off. After three days, and barely any use, it developed an ‘E - 01’ fault, which necessitated an engineering callout. Before being allowed to get the engineer to call, I had to supply lots of information: model, serial number, etc., and a photo of the error. After waiting 10 days for the engineer to arrive, he took down all the information already supplied, said, ‘The motherboard quite often goes in these, I’ll have to order one.’ That took another week. Why it couldn’t have been done on the information I supplied, I have no idea. After it was ‘repaired’, the exact same problems recurred three days later. We’ve obviously got a ‘lemon’ and are returning it. Hisense appears to be trying to put too much technology into their products without having the capability to supply robust designs.

The main fan oven circulates heat evenly, the ceramic hob is responsive, and the build quality feels solid. The only minor drawback is that it needs to be hard-wired by a qualified electrician, so plug-and-play isn’t an option. Otherwise, it’s a dependable, well-priced cooker suitable for everyday use.

This oven heats up quickly and maintains a consistent temperature, resulting in well-cooked pizzas. The rings are positioned quite far back from the front edge. In retrospect, the top oven operates a bit slowly, but it is easy to clean.

We have had this cooker for over 6 months now and it has been fantastic for our family of 5. I was looking for one that was wider than the 50cm so the gaps weren't big either side of the cooker. I like how wide this is and the oven space. I use the oven everyday and the hob multiple times a day. Because the bottom oven is so big, I haven't needed to use the top. I can fit multiple items on the three shelves. I like how stylish it is and how it goes with my kitchen. The oven isn't noisy either and warms up quickly. My food is evenly cooked. I cook with stainless steel and cast iron on the hob and again food is evenly cooked. I need to find a tutorial though to help me keep the hob looking nice. The cooker was installed by an electrician and he didn't seem to have any problems installing it. We have been able to use it no problem without instructions. It is value for money, sturdy and very practical. With 3 children, it is easy for things to be split on the top or down the glass when we are cooking together but the cooker is easy to wipe down. The metal shelves are easy to remove to clean to. I would recommend this cooker.
