Item is as described in sellers listing. My phone detects and allows its configuration to be DHCP or Static. I use it to configure routers directly on the bench. It comes in handy when I need to hotspot data through router's gateway. Light weight and compact. Some complain about the blue light flash when connected. Its minor and can be hidden with a wrap of white or black electrical tape. All in all its easy to use and does not cost a lot.

This item worked great at first. Within a few weeks it no longer sustained a reliable connection. Now it only works sometimes for brief spurts with many disconnects in between. The others we bought malfunctioned within the return window. I wish we had tested all of them immediately. We ordered several knowing apple Ethernet adapters can be a mixed bag.

Works good. It is bright at night. So black tape is needed to darken the light on the box. All in all, not bad.

iPhone 12 Pro recognized it immediately and connected to the internet without any questions, popups or issues.

Works good for a while then works intermittently. Would not buy this again. Frustrating. My internet signal is strong, so it’s the product that’s the problem.
