Great adhesion, pain relief
Ive bought other tapes and this one works the best. I work in a kitchen, and have beginning stages of carpal tunnel, so I use it for that. The only part that lifts is the part on my palm due to movement. It eases my pain and gives support. It IS VERY hard to get off and will wax your skin if you don't remove it properly. But thats what makes it amazing since I'm moving around and sweating in humid temperatures. In all, this is my second time purchasing and I will continue to unless I find something better.

Best I have found
I have been using this brand for a year now. I am a Physical Therapsit, marathon runner, cyclist, and other outdoor enthusiast. This is hands down the best tape I have found, especially for the price (my second favorite is rock tape, but it is very pricy). FYI- this is very sticky. If you have sensitive skin, you may not like this because it can sting taking it off and it often leaves a residue you have to scrub off. However, I will gladly endure that because this stays on much longer and doesn’t fray as bad as other tape. Overall, it works much better than KT tape and other brands. I also swim and the tape works well in the pool, however it does not survive the hot tub for any length of time. Of course proper skin prep (make sure the area is clean, wiping with Alcohol works well, DRY, and shaved) is an absolute must. Don’t apply over skin if they have applied oil or lotion. I can’t stress enough that you are wasting your time and money if you don’t properly prep the skin. I constantly have kids at my sons’ school who are in the athletic department who want me to tape them after they have started a work out, and tape simply doesn’t stick if they are already sweaty, have dusty legs, or have very hairy legs (plus did I mention how this stings taking it off shaved legs… this will downright hurt if you put it on over hairy legs and it happens to stick….which is kind of comical watching grown men who insisted I tape them pull off the tape. This is a 2 pack and are precut strips. If you haven’t used therapy tape before you need to watch on-line videos over how to properly apply. You should watch several videos, because some have inaccurate information. This review is for the Black/Copper infused tape. I recently tried the tan and it does not stick as well. Good luck! Get outside and move!

Stayed on skin for couple days without peeling.
Pretty good tape, after the first use I’m very impressed. Put the tape on Friday night before bed. Pictures are from Sunday afternoon after my second game. Tape lasted 2 nights, two soccer games and showers. I wore jean shorts during the day, no long pants/jeans. The rounded corners did last pretty well. Tape came off easy, no major residue or adhesive left on my skin. Quality I would say about the same as KT PRO and little better than OK Pro Tape (my usual tape, least expensive tape I buy that works for me.) I only use the tape on my knees for soccer, I hate wearing knee braces, specially on hot days! Packaging mentioned copper in the tape, after one use didn’t feel anything different from using other tapes.

Effective
Helps with pain relief, very sticky though and harder to get off than the tape they use in PT. Some skin irritation after being on for a few days, but the pain relief does make up for that some. Pre-cut strips are great, but a little long if you don’t need them for big areas. Easier if someone else puts them on for you

Works well
4.5 - This tape works really well, as I've had a cuboid, peroneal issue related to partial tear the tendons. There was a learning curve, but I found what works to support and keep me out of pain. My one and only complaint is the packaging white tape they put at the beginning and end of the roll. It is almost impossible to remove from the kinesiology tape. The manufacturer needs to rethink what they're using.

Better Than Actual KT Tape
Tbh, I bought this thinking it was actual “KT Tape.” When it arrived and I saw that it wasn’t, I was upset thinking “this isn’t going to work well.” This tape is far better than actual KT Tape! It’s durable, comfortable, and lasts longer than KT Tape. The copper-infusion makes a huge difference!

Rips up skin and weaker elastic but has it's uses.
This tape is very affordable and has a very strong adhesive. I removed the tape after 2 - 3 days of heavy use. It peeled up some of my skin and left a lot of residue. Huge downside is the elastic is too loose, it barely provided support for my knee. The solution i have is too use only half the length of the strip and stretch it to high tension. this seems to work a bit better. The elastic seems to last for 2-3 days. At this time, for my needs, KT Tape pro provides better support. Comparison Care Science Copper Infused, Overly strong adhesive, elastic is too loose, elastic lasts at least 2 to 3 days. KT Tape Pro, Average Adhesive leaves no residue and doesn't peel up skin, Elastic is stronger, Elastic lasts at least 2 to 3 days with obvious loosening on day 2 to 3. If you want less support for a longer period of time go with Care Science, if you want stronger support for 2-3 days go with KT Tape Pro

The best value for value rolls there are.
Not as thick as KT Tape but definitely more comfortable and easier to take off without loosing all your skin. But dont be fooled, it does hold up well as long as you round the corners and apply the ends with zero stretch at all. I mean zero. otherwise, it will start to lift or roll up. This is less forgiving than KT Tape. As for affordable rolls, I feel like this one is by far the best and the one I keep coming back to. I love that the color matches my skin. Im not one for having bright flashy colors drawing attention to my injuries, This tan one is almost unnoticeable,
