I used it extremely extensively for a little over a year, and finally, the pole broke. Bought a new one to replace the old one. New one almost as great, but some details seemed not to be as good as the old one.Excellent service from the company. Got the product way ahead of the promised date, and when I contacted them for a little defect of the mop, they replied my email in no time. It worked decent, but then one day it broke in half and the metal cut me. It was cheaply made, but did the job for a while. This on the other hand, is very sturdy. The microfiber glides easily over the floors and doesn't push against you like the old one. If you own your home, I think this is a worthwhile investment over the cheaper options. It's American & Italian made (I believe) which is one thing I really like. I can definitely tell the difference in the quality. We found the Starfiber mop, and have been very happy with it. It's easy to use (just spray water on the floor), but I cannot always get up the most stuck-on pieces. We have two pads, which will clean the whole house.
