I originally bought this comb over 20 years ago because my step daughters hair was so tangled and was so stressful to comb out the tangles and it HURT When I saw this comb on TV I gave it a try and was amazed how well it worked! The "teeth" rotate when you comb so it doesn't pull on your hair! NO more pain! I have since used these combs on my dogs who hair long hair that does get tangled! They are made so well I've never had one to break, I still have the original combs I purchased all those years ago! Don't hesitate to try these combs!

I love this comb. I have used one for about 30yrs. It worked great getting tangles out of my daughter's and my hair. Now I use it on my grand daughter! The teeth glide through the hair and the tangles are gone.

I have fine hair that easily tangle when wet, so I start using Hair Doctor combs many years ago to glide through wet hair after a shampoo. No matter how much conditioner was used, the hair just wants to tangle. This was the only comb that glided through. Unfortunately, the after many years of use, the handle snapped off and for a while, I couldn't find it anywhere on the Internet. I moved to a wide tooth comb, but it wasn't as good. I was so pleased when I found it again on Amazon! I would recommend it to anyone with straight, tangle-prone hair. I'm not sure how it would work on curly or textured hair, though.

I've gotten these before and really like them a lot. Work great on the dogs, long fur, double coated. goes through them beautifully, catches small snarls easily and doesn't pull a lot. ALSO, I bought one for my daughter who has thick, long, wavy hair. She has to wear it in a braid at night because it snarls so easily. Got her this comb because it works so well on our dogs and she loves it. Says all she has to do is run it through her wet hair and it gets any tangles out every time with out a lot of pulling, says she will always use it now and takes it with her when ever she travels.

This comb is amazing! It’s a little noisy :), which took me by surprise. My hair shedding has definitely diminished, which was my goal.
