It is good that this socket is aluminum since I would rather damage it than the axle nut. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Axle nut for 2014 Ducati Hypermotard 821 *by Y***Y on June 8, 2025* Got this tool to remove the rear wheel to replace the tire. This tool works on both side of the swingarm. You can use it to remove the wheel or the whole hub assembly. I tried using a breaker bar with a short 1/2" extension and that rear axle nut did not want to budge. End up using a 1/2" high torque impact to remove the nut and though the hole where the anvil goes in, it got a little distorted and on the tool there's a lip that will come in contact with the cone spacer marring it up. I probably take this tool on a lathe and remove that lip on the wheel side.
