I am in good health with active life style
Bought it just last week and started taking it right away. I have been taking Vitamin E for a long time. I am in good health with active life style. I believe the vitamins I take have something to do with my vitality. Though I have not been taking this particular Vitamin E for long time to say anything good or bad, I am hoping it will be as good as the other ones. The packaging looks clean and adequate. The size of the capsule is medium, I take 6 vitamins tabs of different kind, I have difficulty swallowing them in one gulp so take them in 3 different gulps. I think it is hard for the vitamin manufacturers to get the tab size smaller, so I will categorize this as "not a small" tab. If you have difficulty in swallowing tabs, you may have to make it into powder or something to keep up your vitamin intake.

What a mess
Bronson is a well-known name in the food supplement industry known for their qualitySome of the capsules of vitamin E were broken in the bottle and it led to a terrible mess of oily slippery capsules. I have no idea what the quality is of this product other than it was delivered in a perfect box and zero damage to the container until I opened it. It appears that the capsules are defective and leak.
