Liquid Diamonds Casting Epoxy Resin 96 oz kit Non Toxic FDA Compliant

This is now my goto resin. Just the right amount of working, cure and demould time. Although I still use a pressure pot, this resin is very clear, with few visible bubbles after mixing the resin and hardener.

I was used to a specific type of resin that was 1:1 ratio. Liquid Diamonds is 1:2 which intimidated me a little at first. But that was the only problem I had. It was easy to mix, easy to pour and since it mixes so thin I had no problem with bubbles forming in the little nooks and crannies of intricate molds. In a few words, I LOVE THIS RESIN! It cures quicker than others that I have tried, with no microbubbles and looks and feels like glass. I'm sold on Liquid Diamonds.

This resin sets up to a glass like finish. It is just liquid enough that it gets into every part of your mold. It always sets beautifully. A lot of resin will retain bubbles, or look cloudy if you aren't a witch doctor standing in a sacred forest where the temperature and relative humidity are perfect. I have wasted so much money on resin that is just ugly once it sets. Not anymore. This is my go to, ride or die resin

Very easy to pour so the details are easily filled in. It’s not perfect though. I assumed that there would be no bubbles but bubbles still formed in my castings. Also glitter doesn’t float well in this because of the low viscosity and the long time to cure. Keep this in mind if you’re using it for small crafts like earrings and keychains. If you can work around these issues than I highly recommend this.

This is my favorite resin. It's so clear, like glass. It often leaves a tiny bit of stone kind of film in the middle though. If I use color it's perfect, you can only see it if it's a clear item, with no glitter, nothing. But it's still by far better than the other 6 resins I've tried.

This is the only resin I will use. I pour pen blanks and ring blanks with no issues. I tried another brand and nope, I had so many bubbles and while turning, the blank blew apart. I turn pen blanks with carbide tools and Liquid Diamond is a dream to turn with. I do use a pressure pot and have no issues at all. If there is a bubble, it's so small that you can barely see it. It's low odor and the viscosity thin, so it's easy to mix and pour.

Works great, nice clear finish in my resin molds and castings. Turns on a lathe just fine, no cracks, flaws or bubbles.
