Despite a blip in the delivery date the lamps have now arrived and are everything thatI had hoped that they would be. They are exceedingly bright and in fact I have to turn the brightness down which is good because it increases the battery life, They look good and work well. I am extremely pleased with my purchase

Works well and very bright

Really smart little lamps that seem well built, solid and robust, they arrived quickly and were well packed.. We bought them for emergency lighting in case the predicted power cuts occurs. They are better than the traditional torch as they will sit solidly on a table and give 360 degrees of light, much better than single beam of a torch, but, using the neat handle can be carried with you if you need move around the house. The light is powerful, one lamp on maximum will easily light a large room sufficient to walk around, watch TV or hold conversations. Close to you it is bright enough to read a book hence useful to have two during a power cut. The predicted 11 hr battery life on max setting should be sufficient to see out a cut, but beware, 3 U type batteries are not cheap, the downside of the powerful performance. With regard to removing the battery cover the instructions are a little obscure. Do not remove any screws (as I did initially) it’s not needed. The whole base is the battery cover. Grip the upper body in one hand and the base firmly with the other, slowly turn the base anti-clockwise and after approx quarter of a turn it will release and the battery compartment will be exposed. Slide in the cells and reverse the opening procedure making sure you offer up the base in the release position before twisting it clock-wise to lock. Hey presto you see, simples!

Durable, práctica, robusta, ideal para las salidas y uso de exterior, aunque funciona bien para tenerla en casa. Aunque por ser led el consumo de batería no es alto, creo que la mejor opción es la de bateria recargable, pero de cualquier manera esta es aun muy recomendable.
