This rack-mounted KVM did exactly what I needed it to do. Installation was quick and straightforward, and it fit cleanly into my rack with no surprises. Once connected, it worked immediately without any extra configuration or troubleshooting.

I purchased the MT-VIKI Rack Mount HDMI KVM Console for our server rack setup in the data center, and it’s been performing flawlessly. Just slide it out, flip it up, and you’re in. 1U Slim Profile: Fits seamlessly in our 19” server rack with minimal space usage. The sliding rails work smoothly, and it locks securely when not in use. HDMI + OSD + Hotkey Support: HDMI input is a huge upgrade over older analog setups. On-screen display (OSD) and hotkeys make it easy to switch between servers quickly. Cables Included: Big plus—comes with 8 quality KVM cables out of the box, saving time and money. They’re labeled and long enough for most 1U or 2U server setups. 👎 Minor Downsides: Touchpad Sensitivity: The touchpad is a bit stiff and old-school. Functional, but not as smooth as a modern laptop. We use an external mouse occasionally when doing extended work. Fan Noise: There's a faint hum from the internal cooling fan. Not loud, but worth noting in quieter setups.

Did not last more than a few months! No service, No response. Installed in rack and used maybe 10 times.

There was an issue with the screen of the original unit I purchased. Seller offered a replacement quickly. The product now works as intended in all ways and I'd be happy to buy another one.

This is the second time I've purchased this product. Its performance and quality are truly outstanding.

I got mine damaged, but had no time to ask for replacement (so will give only 4 stars). Overall it is good product, the only disadvantage is HDMI connectors are little bit loose when I connect them to equipment.

KVM died due to power issue. Support was great and sent a replacement free of charge. Replacement device worked flawlessly. Would recommend.

Powers on for a second, makes a squeeky sound and then shuts down. Less than 6 months of ownership when it broke, used rarely, always powered with enterprise true sine-wave [power conditioning] UPS. Bad quality product, given its high price. No support from the manufacturer, warranty is non-existent.
