Large, food safe and well made.
Food grade silicone and very strong! Works great for separate ground in skillet which is why I finally broke down and purchased this one after watching cooking shows. No risk of it breaking due to metal inside and no risk of toxic plastic leaching into food. Handle is comfortable for my small hand and its dishwasher safe on the top rack. The size is a little larger than I anticipated but it’s very effective and the company also has other great products. No risk of scratching pots and pans.
