I always wanted to get one of these fans. This one works great - very bright image - sturdy and built well. I like how you can place a regular image OR a 3d image. You can set a lot of picture and fan will display them rolling one at a time. Very easy to use - and Bluetooth capability make is very entertaining to upload picture and see them come to life. High quality pictures - I think the product is very well priced - there are a lot of option which are much more expensive!! Great find!

This product is a hassle free installation. There are a couple of key notes on this product. 1. Easy hassle free installation. 2. Micro SD card comes with some sample videos. 3. Two screws for each blade ( total 8 fan blade screws and one extra screw) provided which are making not only a stable connection, it also provide good safety. 4. The brightness is excellent. 5. It looks great at night. 6. It’s cost effective, if you compare with other brands with similar specification. 7. Customer care provided 1500 video library, which are awesome. 8. Mobile application is excellent. Allow to load and image as well as convert any video file and upload to fan using fan's WIFI. 9. Bluetooth feature also works great, allowing my Bluetooth speaker to get connect with this fan easily and transfer the audio to Bluetooth speaker. 10. It comes with a remote (IR remote), which also useful to control the fan. 11. In Mobile app, a slider button which help to turn ON / OFF the fan spin. 12. Safety wise it a very good product. When applied power fan will not start automatically, until either IR remote to press start or using mobile application turn the slider button to ON position. So anyone looking for reliable, cost effective holographic fan with above helpful features, should go for it.

I didn't understand the instructions for installation of the fan blades. I purchased the 4-blade model. Instructions say, connect A to A and B to B. The blades are marked A and B but there are no matching marks on the fan hub. The fan hub has additional marking "CN1 through CN4" but the fan blades are all simply marked CN1. The only illustration in the instructions is for the 6-blade model. After very gentle experimentation I found a way to install the blades, but be warned it is possible th "crunch" the blade edges in a way that could damage the LEDs. One of the fan blades is missing parts of the protectivve circuit board coating. When running, the images wobble slghtly, and it's enough to be unpleasant. And yes I have the fan firmly mounted to a base. This must be an issue with the software and the blade alignment. The plastic case is cleverly cut pieces, but they are awkardly connected and it will be difficult to keep the inside of the case clean. The desktop feet are a pair of unfinished, sharp metal strips. The mounting bracket does not secure the fan against tipping, in which case it would fall from the bracket. I tried four times to get customer support help, both from Amazon and the seller. The seller just says they will send me a tutorial and more video files. Sorry, but I asked a simple question and should have received a simple answer. I'm also going to mention that the plastic and the little screws for holding on the blades look really weak and I question whether this product will hold up for any length of time. If you remove the blades for transport, you will notice that the plastic comes with them and the mounting holes are stressed. I have favorable experience with fans made by other companies including Kino Mo. This product is too expensive for me to deal with these issues. Because of the issues with the fragile plastic hub mounts and screws and the issues with getting my questions answered, this is not a good product to be able to set up and take down for travel to exhibits and trade shows or even family events. There are other fans that use removable machine screws and will better meet my requirement.

I’m pleased with the product overall — the display is bright, eye-catching, and does exactly what we wanted for our vendor setup. That said, the included manual is misleading in places and far too generic. I have roughly 30 years of technical experience, and even with that background there were several knowledge gaps during setup that the documentation didn’t clearly address. For someone completely new to this type of technology, the learning curve could be frustrating. Once configured, however, the unit performs well and delivers a strong visual impact. If the manufacturer improves the documentation, this would easily be a five-star out-of-the-box experience for most users. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and will continue using it in our booth.

We hooked up this 3D fan in virtually no time. The graphics are incredible. It is extremely easy to set up and design your own graphics. Took this to an expo and it really drew in the crowd. Great way to break the ice with potential customers.

The fan is way cooler than I knew it would be. Make sure you get videos with a black background if you want the actual 3d hologram effect, but you can play just about any video so long as it's an Mp4 I believe. I was a little confused trying to set up the wifi on the thing but customer support was very helpful and walked me through it. I have had out a few months and can now easily find the videos I want and add them to the fan. I recommend using the Terminal if you have a Mac and google yt-dlp to download videos off YouTube and other sites. and then again use terminal and FFmpeg to convert files to mp4. It really opened up the possibilities for me. Everyone always stops and say something about the fan when they first see it, only 1 person has tried to touch it. It is a little loud, but not enough to bother you or drown out other sounds. Buy it!

The product produces great picture for what it is but the advert is misleading it shows a 3d hologram above the fan arms when actually it's flat and 2d. But does look 3d.

Amazing the detail and images that where projected very good for marketing purposes. Just stay away from the blades while they are active especially if kids are present.

Questa è la versione da 46 cm della ventola led: le immagini e i video sono perfetti. Il software, l'app e il programma per pc, sono gli stessi della versione più grande. Con l'app ci si collega alla rete della ventola-led e si possono controllare tutti i parametri: stessa cosa col PC: una volta collegati alla rete si possono caricare tutti i video e le foto. Ottima anche qua la funzione per condividere lo schermo del telefono. Consiglio anche l'acquisto della base per avere un punto di appoggio solido. C'è anche il telecomando.
