Surprising performance for such an affordable price
I had been toying with the idea of getting into FPV flying with my RC airplanes for a while, and one of our club members pointed me towards these camera/TX combos. While I wouldn't consider this camera for photographic missions, it gives a good, clear image from a compact, lightweight package. It has the additional feature of a wide range of selectable channels, so that worry about channel conflicts at a flying event is minimized, and selectable TX power level, so if you're mounting it on something that will be staying close-by, you can reduce the battery draw and TX heat of the unit. It does get hot on the highest power setting, so having a mount with reasonable airflow is a consideration, along with not leaving it powered up for long periods with the model sitting still. Anyone looking to get into FPV without breaking the budget will find this camera/TX combo a good option.

Wolfwhoop WT03 Micro FPV AIO 600TVL Camera 5.8G 40CH 25mW/50mW/200mW adjustable Transmitter with Cloverleaf Antenna for Mini Aircraft This camera really impressed me with range. I have used it on all the power settings. I was actually very surprised and now I am experimenting with the various channels and power settings to see if I can get a clearer video feed from the camera for even longer runs. I will update this review soon with a video I made of the feed the camera gives. The WT03 camera is great for flying FPV and aerial views. I noticed little if any lag. With it mounted to a quadcopter, it got out to just over 700 meters before the FPV feed from the Wolfwhoop WT03 camera started cutting out and I had to turn back. That is very good range for this camera. There were no trees or anything else in the way...it was a straight shot, so I am not sure about the WT03's range in more congested areas. I have flown it on several quad-copters with similar results. The camera feed looks pretty good, and it definitely handles the bright sun and even lower light conditions well enough to enjoy it. This is a great All in One FPV cam to install on an RC quad-copter, plane, or ground vehicle. I love to see the view from the air. I will most likely be purchasing more of these. A clear way to mount it would be great
I paired this camera AIO to a receiver that plugged into an Android phone/tablet and it worked great. I haven't yet run it on my RC car, so I will report back if it can't handle a little jump. My only concern is that there isn't a clear way to mount this to anything. It seems some use hot glue, zip ties, or 3d print a fixture. I think I will figure out some zip ties to the shell of my RC car. It does get hot. I used a Seek thermal camera to see how hot the 25, 50 & 200 mW ratings get too. This was sitting on my table, in a cool (65F/18C) environment. The 200mW got up to nearly 200F!

Great & Easy To Use
The packaging was decent, the instructions were easy to follow and was able to set it up and get it running in about 2-3 minutes. The camera quality is decent for its size. The range at max is pretty good and will not loose signal when going behind a couple walls in your house. The speed is pretty good and it feels like there is little to no delay from the goggles to the vtx. The only things to keep in mind is that the unit gets very hot when used at max power and the antenna is easy to bend so be careful when setting it up. Otherwise itโs a quick and fun way to add a VTX and Camera unit to your drone or rc car.

MOLEX battery connection.
This is a great little camera for the money. It definitely runs hot but the quality and range is amazing for the money, and I love being able to select the power of the signal. I don't like the lack of info regarding the battery connection. Just calling it a JST or JST1.25 is messed up. It's a Molex plug, and having not messed with it these things before I had no idea that just knowing it was JST wasn't enough, it's a specific TYPE of JST which has sone crazy 50005 number or something but apparently people just call it molex. You know I've been messing with computers and tech for nearly 40 years, and crap like this is why I'm bald and mildly psychotic. There is SOOOOOO much information about the different frequency bands and the exact voltage and all the other things you'd possibly ever want to know. But if you can't just look at that connection and know what it is, you are up a creek my friend. RUFUS! Perfect camera for Tiny Whoop builds!
I bought two of these cameras with built-in transmitters. I installed one on my modified Inductrix (Tiny Whoop) after the old camera I was using died. Installation was just as easy as the first time around, but this time I was able to set the transmitter power to 50 mw instead of 25 mw, which made a real difference when flying indoors. No more video loss! I installed the second one on a 1/10th scale RC car (just stuck it on the wing with some double-sided foam tape) and set that one to transmit at the 200 mw level. It has great range! I actually lose RC control before I lose video on the car. This is a perfect camera if you're building an indoor racer (quad or RC car), and I think it would probably be OK to use on a small outdoor racing quad as well. For sure it's more than good enough for a dirt track FPV race truck or buggy. Setting the transmitter frequency is very easy thanks to the blue LED display. And the video quality is surprisingly good, especially considering how small and lightweight the package is. For this price, I'm absolutely thrilled with the performance.

Didn't expect much at this price but it works
I wish I got this some years ago when I saw they were released. It is super easy to install and use. I just use scotch tape, double sided foam tape or zip ties, the button on the camera, and cheap betafpv vr02 goggles and its buttons to find the channel, pretty straight forward. The camera quality is good for this price and I get reasonable range with little interference (at least a football field length, don't want to go much further anyway for micro/mini aircraft in case something happens and have to go searching). I see many reviewers say it doesn't work, can't see through the noise. Maybe their reading comprehension, as mine, was the culprit because the instructions do say "powering on the vtx, blue LED display 0, indicating the vtx is powered on, but it is in off status without any transmission", I was getting the same terrible signal some say it has. Surprised I got any at all now that I know why. I changed it to 3 -'s stacked to get the most power (i thought it was supposed to show in goggles but finally looked at the display on the camera's board). It goes further than my micro whoops that say they do 200mw and those can go to the ends of my flying area no problem. It does get quite toasty and may be fragile if exposed to impacts as the antenna can get bent or lense scratched of course. My main complaint though is I wish there was at least some voltage display (of camera battery) so I know when it is about to cut out. There is no warning or indication it is low, just stops. So be prepared to go looking when you lose feed and hope it wasn't far and you can remember the area good, or you have record feature on your goggles so you can at least get close and hope it didn't glide far from there. A timer should be used depending on the battery size for the camera, which of course requires trial and error but there is also a list of current ranges for each power mode in the instructions for general idea. I recommend at least a 200mah for about 5 minutes highest power, and of course larger for larger aircraft that wont lose much flight time or have it at least covered by camera being remaining on when aircraft thrust battery is out. Or make a parallel adapter on the aircraft's power connector so camera can plug into 1 main battery. Also, the lens is a bit distorted for wide angle fisheye effect making distance judgment not very easy (everything is near on the edges but far in the middle, stretched in between) Of course they glue it in place with no option to remove it unless you want to start cutting. I also wish the antenna was detachable (so it can be inside aircraft while camera is outside through small hole), and the camera reversible so I can have right side up view while the unit is upside down (like for camera in cockpit window and antenna down in body). It can really affect aerodynamics with its drag and weight relative to smaller models. Anyway, sure there's these issues but I was not expecting the feed quality and range it has, not bad especially now it's down to $25, can't expect much better.

One of the IC's gets extremely hot and forces the camera to shut off.
Powers on for about 1 minute and then gets too hot and shuts off. The specs say it'll handle up to i believe +5 volts. I had it hooked up to a 3.7 volt battery and it still gets too hot to touch. Is it something im doing wrong?

Ridiculously cool. Plug and play. Instant connection to my Emax transponder 2 fpv goggles (used on Tinyhawk 3) Applied to an upgraded toy drone for practice. Very cool. Has better reception than my tinywoop. So impressed I purchased another one to add to a F22 Raptor rc plane Iโm building.
