Love this! Thank you!
I absolutely love it. Im in an emt school and it works perfect, even on children. Love how is and accurate it is. Plus the color is perfect, love how it came with a cover, a lanyard so it won’t get all scratched and i won’t loose it. Stays on for a while as your fingers inside, and turn off automatically in seconds when your finger is out. Appreciate how use friendly it is

Easy Reading in Red Numbers Oxygen and Pulse
Great product with easy to read numbers for Seniors who need to know what their oxygen levels are in older or younger people. It is not just for Senior people, but everyone who needs to know what level they are into. Easy to use and nice carrying case to put it into. I got the purple one since that is a calming color and used it today when my OT was here. It is very bright Red numbers to them being pretty large to see. I can say it is not uncomfortable to have on your finger. The part that holds your finger adjusts to the right size when inserted so never pinches you in hurting your index finger. I like the heartbeat reading too so you know what that is doing. Mine today was perfect so I was happy since it had been lower another day.

Heart Racing
This tiny gadget turned me into my own personal ER doctor – hypochondriac’s dream come true! Okay, picture this: I’m lying on the couch, convinced my mild sniffle is actually the beginning of the end because I read one too many Reddit threads. Heart racing (probably from anxiety, not actual danger), I need answers NOW. Enter the Zacurate 500DL—my new best friend that costs less than a fancy coffee but feels like medical sorcery. Pop your finger in (comes with a cute silicone cover so it doesn’t look like a rejected robot finger), hit the button, and in literally 10 seconds: BAM! SpO2 at 98%, pulse at “you’re fine, calm down,” and a little waveform that’s basically saying “chill, bro.” The big bright LED display is so clear I can read it without my reading glasses, which is huge because who has time for those when you’re catastrophizing? Pros that deserve a parade: • Cheaper than my co-pay for one anxious Google search-turned-doctor visit. • Comes with batteries AND a lanyard—because nothing says “prepared” like wearing your oximeter around your neck like a med-student badge of honor. • Super accurate (docs use similar ones, apparently), and it reads up to 100% SpO2 unlike some budget knockoffs that tap out at 99% like overachieving underachievers. • Turns off automatically after you’re done staring at your numbers in disbelief—battery saver AND existential crisis preventer. • Bonus: The silicone cover makes it feel premium, and the lanyard means I can clip it to my keys and pretend I’m a pilot monitoring cabin pressure (spoiler: I’m just monitoring if I should eat another slice of pizza). Cons? It doesn’t come with a dramatic voice that says “You’re dying… just kidding, 99% oxygen, go touch grass.” But honestly, for the price, I’m not complaining. If it did that, it’d probably cost $200. If you’ve ever panic-bought a thermometer during flu season or wondered if your Apple Watch is lying about your heart rate—this is the gadget for you. Five stars isn’t enough; I’d give it infinity if Amazon let me. It’s not just a pulse oximeter; it’s affordable peace of mind in a little black box. Buy it before your next “am I breathing right?” spiral. Your lungs (and your wallet) will thank you.

Beats the heck out of all that equipment!
Decent pulse/Oyx meter has a lanyard so you can hang it where you sit or around your next if needed, worth the money the more expensive ones are nice but on a fixed income this little guy works great👍🏼

Works, But Slow Readings and Not Great for children
I bought this pulse oximeter hoping it would help give me peace of mind while the flu was going through our house (especially being pregnant with a toddler at home), and it did help ease some of my anxiety about how everyone was doing. I liked having an easy way to check oxygen levels and pulse when we were feeling sick — it reassured me that things were stable overall and saved a trip to urgent care. That said, it doesn’t work well for children. My little one’s fingers are just too small, and it often never registered a reading no matter how long we waited. It also takes a while to get a stable reading even on myself — sometimes longer than you’d expect for a quick check. From what I’ve read, the chamber size and sensing style just aren’t ideal for tiny fingers, so a dedicated pediatric model would be better for that purpose. Overall it’s functional and did help us monitor things at home when we needed peace of mind, but it can be slow and isn’t suited for very small children.

I'm very glad to have this around. It's really useful for when you're sick - you can easily check your oxygen levels and know whether you need to head to the doctor over them or not. An unexpected plus, too, is that I've found it helpful for when I'm having major anxiety of any kind - I find being able to pop it on and see that my heart rhythm and oxygen are normal, and that actually helps me calm down a little more, like I'm not so bad off. Anyway, I think it's just a very useful addition to a person's first aid and personal care toolbox.
