I bought this on october 9, expecting it to be here by november 3. it has not even been ship. what is the point of ordering ahead of time ?

I preordered it on January 12, 2022 because it had an expected delivery day of February 6, 2022, which would have been just a few days shy of my daughter’s birthday but I figured she wouldn’t care. About a week later it showed it wouldn’t be delivered till March 2022 and shortly after that it was updated again to December 2022. I tried contacting the seller to cancel my order and got no response. On 5-19-22, I contacted Amazon directly to cancel. They sent a message to the seller to cancel. They have 24-48 hours to respond and if not I will need to contact Amazon again to have them make an official notation on my account that in the event my card is charged that they will reverse the charges. Hope this helps the next victim!

Why did you send these items in damaged boxes? Multiple reviews all showing the same issue we had.

Mine also came in with the box smashed on the side
