This thing definitely works your muscles! Might be small and simple but does shape your muscles and makes you stronger.

Built solidly...Great Isometric Exercise Device
I really enjoy working out with these devices. Great for an old dude like me who is past all the hassle of going to the gymn or having lots of weights lying around. Great way to tone the chedt snd auxiliary arm and shoulder muscles.

Perfect addition to my home gym
Iโm currently unable to go to the gym due to a cast on my foot...so I am doing my own modifications on working out. I purchased this to add to my home gym. It is a bit harder to use than I thought it would be....BUT....I will work up to it!!!!! It is really good quality and Iโm sure Iโll be using it for years to come!!!

awesome flex bar
this small size flex bar packs a punch to which i mean it will work out your arms and chest till they hurt but be careful it can get away from you if you are just starting out

Bought because it has wrist straps. My fifth "bendy bar" purchase.
I'm glad I chose the 40KG - just right. This is my 5th "bendy bar" and the least comfortable to use. The handles are rigid hard plastic and not spongey like my previous ones, I had calluses after a couple of days. Better to be a wuss and wear gloves! It also seems shorter in length. I hope this one doesn't suddenly snap in half like the predecessors did.

Great arm and chest workout!
Husband loves it! He had one for years but one day, when he was using it, it snapped in half! And, they are hard to find the right strength when you have to order online. The first one I got him was so strong, he couldn't bend it, even though he has used them for 20 yrs. This 2nd one I bought him is perfect and he's very happy! Thank you!
