This stuff is awesome! I have been using moleskin for the past decade as I get hotspots on the inside heels but the moleskin always rubs away. This stuff will stay in place until you take it off. Despite other reviews, I found removal to be quite easy and painless. 10/10 would buy again.

This is great tape. It stays on for days if you want it to, even when it gets wet.
