What is difference between 7-0 and 7-00?

My hairdresser told me the 7-00 is for hair that is more than 50% gray. It provides better coverage and is the only one that works for me. Hope that helps.

Definitely NOT dark blonde, for me. It was practically dark brown, too dark!!

Does it work with Igora Royal developer 30 volume?

Please don't listen to the customer who said 30 volume is to indicate how long it should be left on your hair. Volume indicates the strength of the peroxide concentration. 30 volume is 9% peroxide and is good for stubborn dye jobs and bleaching your hair. If you're going darker 10 volume (3%) is sufficient. If you're covering grays 20 volume (6%) will work. If you only have 30 volume it would still work but process carefully and use bond strengthening if possible

Are these colors darker than other brands because a 7 in other brands is dark blonde, here it is medium blonde?

Not sure, i have used this color 7-00 for over twenty years but i consider my hair color a lit brown, not dark at all but more brown than blonde... not sure this helped you at all, sorry
