I only see 1 hdmi port in the pictures. how will it support 2 monitors with hdmi adapters?

The docking station has 1x HDMI and 2x DisplayPort outputs for monitors. All of these ports can be used for external displays, but the max number of supported monitors and max resolution will vary depending on the host device you are using. You will need to adapt from DisplayPort to HDMI if you only have HDMI monitors.
