Also noticed the front doors were noticeably misaligned. You can maybe see where the missing screw goes on the top left of the machine, as pictured. I emailed the customer service email about those things and got a reply in two days that the doors sometimes move in shipping and need to be readjusted. For the screw I did offer to open the top to see if I could reattach. I was able to realign the doors acceptably and after opening the top I was able to see that a nut had come loose causing the screw to fall out. After fixing that everything was fine. I will say that the quality of the machine otherwise is top notch. Even the catch tray drawer at the bottom of the machine is a thicker guage than I would have expected. Also subsequent communication with customer service did only take a few hours for each email and the person was very polite so I think warranty issues would be well taken care of. I would have given the unit 5 stars if it wasn't for the small assembly lapse, which may have prompted another person to return it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great popcorn *by M***S on March 11, 2022* Great popcorn machine!
