Can you use the white mop head with this bucket?

No you need to use the mop that comes with it. You can probably use a small white mop head you won’t get the same results though

Can these be used on unsealed hardwood floors?

I don't think it would work very well it would probably get to wet and stick the heads are microfiber strings

Why doesn't this have wheels????

I feel like if it had wheels it would move when spinning out the mop and make it more difficult to use.

Video says "just use water". Does anyone use chemicals/cleaner? What's the diff? Soap residue?

The first time I used just water, was just easy, wanted to just test the mop and bucket. I was very impressed without having the dirty water go on the floor, really just picked up the dirt. I did try with a bit of Murphy oil soap. Worked just as well. Mop works great, making a chore a lot easier.
