If the adhesive does not stick try using a skin prep like Benzoin tincture compound ?
They look good ,Have not had a need to test them but they should work well .

Work well!
Work well and reasonable price. Hold when the glue from hospital wouldn’t. Well worth the expense.

Good product
For the first aid kit, hopefully I won't need them on me but be prepared as they say

Very good wound care
I cut the top of my middle finger, left hand knuckle and the wound wouldn’t close with a regular bandaid. I ordered these strips paid for fast delivery and they arrived in three hours. They stuck to my skin so well I had to use a number of them to get them positioned correctly. I then applied a Nexcare waterproof bandaid over the top for a little cushioning. I changed the strips 24 hours later and the wound was closing pretty well, but I still washed with hydrogen peroxide. I’m careful not to bend my knuckle and will continue to replace every 24 hours. I think this saved me a trip to the ER/urgent care.

At last enough butterfly closures.
I got the last pack of strips at CVS and my lord you go through these things quickly with a wound on the hand. Hands sweat, so I had to reapply multiple times a day while it was healing, even with all the extra hydrophobic bandages and stuff I reinforced it with. Next day delivery and this lasted the whole healing process. Why do they sell these little plastic things in packs of 5 and 10 instead of 100 in the pharmacy? Crazy people.

They pull the wound together while it heals
If you are an outdoor person or even one that liked home improvement projects, then it’s a good idea to have a good supply of bsndages. These are good quality. They pull the wound together. Get some.

A recipe for frustration and delay
Horrible! The adhesive does not stick well to the skin. When opening, one side peels off just fine, but the other side has to be contorted at an angle before the bandage is usable. I can’t think of anything worse when someone actually needs a butterfly quickly to control bleeding.
