If the fuel bowl sits directly on top of the motor under the small plastic cover then most likely it will fit.

The Motorcraft (FD-4596) and Racor OEM equivalent (PFF-4596) filters usually include a beveled rubber o-ring that seal between the fuel bowl and fuel bowl lid. They also include a round rubber o-ring that you put on the filter before you insert the filter into the fuel bowl.
