A: Yes. It is supposed to be included. Make sure you bought a brand new, unused one. Lots of mixed reviews! But it comes with everything but batteries.

I thought this was the dumbest gift for the price, but my grand daughter age 8 loved it! It was a real hit. It does smoke and I change colors and out pops a toy doll. It is pricey but I think they have various price points available. This one was about $80. So I do recommend if you want to give something different and your child asks for this as a gift.
