Good useful product
Perfect fit and comfortable. Had no problem with a replacement and the customer service representative was understanding and took care of my problem with a replacement without difficulty.

Needed next size up, but still ok.
Like the protection of the boot, made walking thru the airport easier. I’m size 10 women’s shoe, boot a bit too small.

Difficult to use
The straps were difficult to get through the openings on the plastic part of the boot. With my arthritic fingers I was not able to manage it, so it was returned. It seemed to be comfortable and light weight on my foot however.

Some downfalls
Fairly comfortable for the most part, but the inflation system is kind of confusing. No instructions of any sort, so I guess it's a good thing isn't my first rodeo. Might just be because I'm used to a tall boot, but this one hits my shin very uncomfortably.

Light weight
My doctor gave me a book after my surgery but it was too heavy for me. After a week my leg was in a lot of pain. I ordered this boot and after I received it I tried it on and it was much lighter and my foot quick hurting me from all that weight from the other boot. The only thing I don’t care for much is the plastic that you have to take off every time to take off the boot. I ended up leaving the top right side of the Velcro on and took off all the others so it kind of stays together and makes it much easier to put on and off.

Super cheap and difficult to put on
The plastic cage is cheap and flimsy. The boot has too many steps to put it on and take it off and is expensive painful unless you fully detach the hard shell which has sticky tabs to keep it attached to the foam. Attempting to put it on without the cage just the one time, i feel like it would be destroyed in less than a week as the sticky tabs no longer stick. Even with the adjustable strap, the parts have ty fit inside the air pump perfectly, which is impossible, all while doing painfully and uncomfortably. Not ideal and an injury like this already makes everything difficult enough as is

Best walking cast ever
This is by far the most comfortable and light weight walking cat I’ve had to wear. So much so that when I eventually wore out my first one I bought the same one again.

Full Hard Shell
I love that the hardshell goes all the way around. Most shorter boots don’t have a full shell but that’s important to keep your ankle from flexing. It’s comfortable. The bottom is thinner than the knee-height boot from my orthopedic so I am less lopsided when I wear my shoe on the other foot. Traction was good. I don’t like that it is a bit difficult to get on and off. And no matter how much I pull the straps I never feel like it’s tight enough.
