Review: Excellent for Sore/Tight Muscles! - This plaster really works to loosen up tight muscles and relieve muscle paint too.... but be warned - it is very strong and some people might be sensitive to it. Most people will have no problem and can let the plaster remain on for a full day. One more caveat.... if you have hairy legs or back please take the plaster off in the shower after thoroughly soaking it. I yanked one of these off my quads and found out what the ladies experience with waxing !!
