We have ours on all day and night and doesn't make any difference to my smart meter. **Q: Does anyone know if you can set different wake up times for different days?** A: There are only 2 awake options. 1 for a morning wake and 1 for an afternoon wake (for mid day napping). Unfortunately you can't set different times for different days. It's not too difficult to set, but you'd just need to remember and change it the night before. **Q: Does it come with the story book?** A: Hi, we got the Ollie the Owl sleep training children’s book when we purchased in November 2021. The combination of the clock and being able to explain its use through the storybook worked a treat! Hope that helps! :) **Q: Can you set it to change from night to day without having the alarm go off?** A: Yes you can, go into the settings by pressing the diwn button three times, there you should see the bell icon, use the arrows and button to select the bell icon and select to off it.
